Walk to the white sandy shore, beach access is directly across the street. Bring the entire family and friends. Home has five bedrooms,is a two story house , two fully stocked kitchens. View of the Gulf of mexico from upstairs. John's Pass, live music, restaurants, ice cream, convenience stores and souvenir shops all just ashort walk away. There is a large heated swimming spa in private backyard. this hot spa was renewed after the huracane the heatting system goes up to 90 degres ,Come Visit and make lasting memories at Madeira Beach. a main central air-conditioned ,mini split on livigroom ,extra window unit on lower floor. 4 parking spaces available,, upstairs , two full bedrooms with its own kitchen and an extra sofabed on living room,,lower part 3 bedrooms two bathrooms and a living room woth a sofa bed as well,an extra air matress,

Great location and walkable to John’s Pass. Jose was very responsive. Smaller than I originally thought but still worked for 11 people easy. We had to fix both gates and the back door but was easy so didn’t bother Jose. Beach was very family friendly during our stay but on the last night we had someone take our beach wagon from the side of the house so that was a bummer. Other than that great experience and would recommend.

Staying at Jose’s beach house was a great experience. The house was beautifully decorated and had a cozy welcoming atmosphere. Convenient location and a short walk to the beach and John’s pass. If we had any questions Jose answered us immediately. I recommend this place to stay in.

We've stayed at Jose's place a few times & we haven't been disappointed. Jose is quick to respond & helpful. Great location - house is right across the street to the beach, not a far walk from John's Pass & a quick walk to restaurants. The home is comfortable & had enough room for our party of 9. Will definitely stay again!

Due to hurricanes, Jose did a great job in getting the damages fixed. Couple of issues but a very livable home. This was one of the best family gatherings with much due to the house and location. Thanks Jose for a great experience.
